This is the most economical means at low labour, to get absolute uniform finish, The utility of Mass finishing are Descaling, Deburring, Polishing, Scouring, Burnishing, Radiusing and Cleaning.

UE TUMBLING BARREL
Mass Finishing heavy-duty open ended Tumbling barrel is meant for Mass Finishing operations. The octagonal M.S. barrel is on C.I./M.S. fabricated frame coupled with stout tie bars and legs. The barrel is either plain or rubber/PVC lined, rotatable by means of sector pinion mechanism or discharge of processed parts, powered through direct or V-belt driven geared motor 3 ph AC, in capacity.

TUB VIBRATORY FINISHING BARREL :
This basically involves a tub or 'U' shaped duly rubberlined barrel to hold polishing media (chips), either dry or water with chemical compounds. The unit is mounted on a sturdy frame. Powered by eccentric motor of 3 hp, 440V spring mounted to impart maximum vibration in output; supplied with or without rectangular outer cover body & noise-free lid.

HORIZONTAL POLISHING BARREL
This heavy duty Barrel (for wet or dry operation) is also for Mass Finishing. The unit is basically MS in hexagonal shape on M.S. frame of channel, coupled to M.S. base frame, V-belt driven by geared motor as illustrated, either plain or rubber lined. It can also be made in PVC, PP or SS as desired.

POLISHING-cum-CLEANING BARREL
This horizontal Polishing cum Cleaning Barrel is wet process 2 in 1 operations for bright polishing & cleaning of small articles. This heavy-duty horizontal polishing barrel is robust construction of M.S. Sheet metal, V-belt driven through motor 3 hp., immersion heaters fitted in sump tank for cleaning solution, Vertical transfer pump for recirculation of solution. The polished parts are emptied on the perforated sheet-tray above of the sump tank.
